Those that know the extent of Dr. David K Hill, D.C.s essential oils expertise may be surprised to learn that his first experience with them was less than perfect. At this time a patient had come to me and said she had a solution for me. She gave me a bottle of eucalyptus essential oil and told me to just put it on my skin, with no further instructions. Well, I quickly learned that putting eucalyptus oil on cracked and bleeding skin is not a pleasant experience. I went to the bathroom to wash it off, which of course just made it worse. I was very angry, and I took the bottle and threw it in the trash. I determined I would never have anything to do with essential oils again.

Homemade Colon Cleanse Recipe

Lets get started making this great homemade colon cleanse. You will need a tall glass and a spoon. To start, place 3.5 ounces of purified water in a pan. You want to warm the water, not boil it, so that you can drink the water at a safe temperature.

Once it is warm, pour it into your glass. Then add the sea salt, often part of a salt water flush, and stir. The sea salt will help release toxins, pushing waste through the body and ultimately improving digestion.

Now, add the apple juice, ginger juice and fresh lemon juice. Stir.

These 10 Essential Oils Can Kill Persistent Lyme Disease

Research just published in the journal Antibiotics shows that a range of essential oils can effectively kill persistent forms of Lyme disease.

Lyme disease is an infection caused by the bacterium Borrelia burgdorferi , which is transmitted to humans by ticks.

In the United States, Lyme disease is the most prevalent tick-borne infectious disease, with about 30,000 cases reported each year. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention estimate, however, that the the actual number of people diagnosed with Lyme disease is more likely about 300,000.
